These Terms (herein also referred to as the: “Pro Offer Terms”) are between you and DanceLib SA, Route de Sous-Moulin 39, c/o Dance Event Production Sàrl, 1226 Thônex, Genève, Switzerland (in these Terms also referred to as “DanceLib”, “us” and referred to using “our”, “ours” and other adequate pronouns).
These Pro Offer Terms apply to the presented offer “Pro Offer Plan” (hereinafter as: “Pro Offer” or “Pro Offer Plan”), where you can also find the link to these Pro Offer Terms.
By obtaining the Pro Pro Plan, you will receive access to the features of our standard Pro Plan as they are available at the time of purchase, including six (6) dance types libraries that you will select during the order. The specific conditions, extent of features and limitations applying to the Pro Offer are described in the presentation of the Pro Offer and in these Pro Offer Terms.
Availability and Lifetime Access
The Pro Offer is available until we decide to conclude offering it. The Offer Pro Plan is only available with the annual billing period.
To obtain access to DanceLib Service under the Pro Offer Plan, you need to purchase the Offer Pro Plan annual license from our reseller. For further information regarding the purchase of the license, please see Section 11 of DanceLib Terms of Use.
When you obtain the Pro Offer Plan, it remains available to you for lifetime renewals under the same terms. However, the Pro Offer is one-time only. If you cancel your Pro Offer Plan or you do not renew it or you change it to another subscription, you cannot obtain it back.
Extent of Features and Limitations
When you decide to obtain a Pro Offer Plan, you will receive a Plan with features set out in these Pro Offer Terms. This includes the access to six (6) dance type video libraries (that you will select during the order), from the collection that is made available by DanceLib at the time of the validity of the Pro Offer. Regarding possibility of changes to dance types access, please see section 6.5.3 of DanceLib Terms of Use. While we may offer access to libraries of additional dance types in the future within DanceLib Service, including within our standard Pro Plan, the Pro Offer Plan does not include or grant future access to libraries of additional dance types that are not available at the time of the Pro Offer Plan and chosen during the order. We may offer access to such additional libraries to users of Pro Offer Plan at additional cost, though we are not obliged to do so.
At the time of the Pro Offer, our DanceLib Service does not enable uploading, storage, accessing or sharing of users’ own content (such features hereinafter as: “User Content Features”). While we may offer User Content Features in the future within DanceLib Service, including within our standard Pro Plan, the Pro Offer Plan does not include or grant future access to User Content Features. We may offer such additional functionalities to users of Pro Offer Plan at additional cost, though we are not obliged to do so.
Application of DanceLib Terms of Use
Along with these Pro Offer Terms, the general DanceLib Terms of Use apply. Please read them carefully. If not otherwise indicated in these Pro Offer Terms, the capitalized terms shall have the same meaning as in the DanceLib Terms of Use.
Where the DanceLib Terms of Use and these Pro Offer Terms differ, these Pro Offer Terms take precedence, both regarding benefits and limitations of this Pro Offer compared to the general DanceLib Terms of Use.
